We’re currently looking for Business Trainees to join our face-to-face sales team in Edinburgh. This role is perfect for people who are motivated, enjoy working with others, and want to build real-world business and leadership skills.

In this entry-level role, you'll start by representing clients through face-to-face interactions, learning how to engage customers, build rapport, and close sales with confidence. As you develop your skills and consistently hit performance goals, you’ll begin transitioning into a leadership-focused role. This includes training and mentoring new team members, supporting their development, and playing a key part in recruiting and onboarding talent. You'll gain hands-on experience not only in sales but also in people management and team development, setting the foundation for a long-term leadership career within the business.

  • Represent well-known clients through face-to-face sales and customer engagement
  • Learn to confidently communicate, build rapport, and close deals
