Job description
Our client, a prominent real estate advisor, seeks a Head of Living Capital Markets for their London office.
The core responsibility of the role will be sourcing capital market opportunities in the living (BTR, student, single & multi-family etc.) sector, with particular emphasis on forward funding, forward commitment and JV opportunities across the UK.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 or 7+ years' relevant Living sector experience, working for a property consulting (advisory) firm or institutional fund (investment) manager. They will be well-connected in the institutional fund management space.
Salary is flexible and dependent on experience + transparent commission structure + discretionary bonus.
