Family Law Partner – Up to £250k + Profit Share

The Role

This is a standout opportunity for an experienced Family Law Partner to join a highly regarded firm with a long-established reputation in high-net-worth family work and private wealth.

You’ll be joining a firm known for its sophisticated, discreet approach to complex matters often involving trusts, cross-border issues, and ultra-high-net-worth clients.

Our client is looking to grow their family team with someone who brings not just technical ability, but a strong client following, and the ambition to shape the next phase of the practice.

You'll have the backing of a wider private wealth platform, and the freedom to build as you see fit.

The Candidate

• Established Family Law Partner from a well-respected practice
• Strong reputation in advising high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals
• A portable client base or trusted referral relationships
• Comfortable leading on complex matters across all Private Family Law
• A collaborative, hands on approach with the drive to build a team or grow a practice.
• Confident navigating matters that overlap with private client, tax, and trust law.
