Your Role

You’ll work across a diverse range of professional & project instructions in the commercial sector, including:

• Technical due diligence
• Contract administration & project delivery
• Dilapidations & party wall matters
• RCA & Licences for Alterations

Skills & Experience Required

• ✅ MRICS qualified (Newly Chartered or Experienced)
• ✅ Excellent communication & client-facing skills
• ✅ Broad Building Surveying experience preferred
