Job Title: Digital Print Team Leader – RIP Software - 4 Day Working Week

Location: Accrington

Contract Type: Permanent (36 Hours / 4 Day Working Week)

Salary: £30,000 per annum + Annual Performance Related Pay (PRP)

Working Hours: Tuesday to Thursday 6:30AM – 4:00PM / Fri 6.30AM - 2.00PM

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Print Team Leader in RIP Software to oversee the preparation and management of print-ready files, colour workflows, and RIP software operations within a large format digital print environment.

Key Responsibilities – Digital Print Team Leader – RIP Software


  • Lead and support the team in preparing print ready files using RIP software (Raster Imaging Processor).
  • Oversee and manage colour workflows to ensure precise, high-quality output.
  • Use AVA CAD or similar software to support design and layout adjustments.
  • Supervise print production workflows from file preparation to proofing and final output.
  • Monitor production efficiency and uphold the highest quality standards.
  • Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain large format digital print machinery.


Requirements – Digital Print Team Leader – RIP Software


  • Proven experience in digital print operations, especially within a large format environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in RIP software, AVA Print Factory or similar, and colour management systems.
  • Experience with AVA CAD or equivalent design/prepress software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and visual accuracy.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable working in a high volume, deadline driven environment.
  • Background may include signage, packaging, textile printing, or related fields.
