What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll handle drafting and negotiation for a wide range of costs matters, including:

• Personal Injury
• Clinical Negligence
• Industrial Disease
• Credit Hire
• ⚖ Commercial Litigation

Expect to:

• Draft bills, budgets, and statements
• Advise clients and attend CCMCs/CMCs
• Review files thoroughly using Proclaim and CostsMaster
• Negotiate with opposing parties and drive results

What You Bring

✔ Solid experience as a Law Costs Draftsperson

✔ Strong drafting skills across various claim types

✔ Confident with Proclaim, CostsMaster, and CM systems

✔ Attention to detail and ability to meet billing targets

✔ A proactive, self-starting attitude
