Job description

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Flights Coordinator to manage and book air travel for clients on escorted group tours. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth, cost-effective, and well-timed flight arrangements, working closely with customers, airlines, and internal teams.


✈ Key Responsibilities:

  • Book and manage individual and group flight reservations aligned with tour dates.
  • Coordinate group air blocks and optimize itineraries for value and convenience.
  • Communicate flight options, baggage info, and upgrades clearly.
  • Handle special requests (e.g. Mobility, seating, meals).
  • Liaise with internal teams, airlines, and consolidators.
  • Manage schedule changes and cancellations, ensuring timely rebooking.
  • Use fare tools to reduce costs and source competitive airfares.


What You’ll Bring:

  • Flight booking experience in a travel agency or tour operator.
  • GDS experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ticketing knowledge a plus, but not essential.
