Loan Processing Officer

London - 5 days a week

My client is a leading alternative lender in the fintech market. They are currently looking for a Graduate Loan Processing Officer to join their growing team in Central London.

The main duties of the Loan Processing Officer are;

• Reviewing applications to ensure that all the relevant paperwork has been submitted.
• Checking loan-to-value and debt-to-income ratios.
• Completing detailed affordability assessments.
• Requesting credit checks on applicants.
• Issuing paperwork such as loan agreements and terms and conditions.
• Dealing with enquiries from applicants and lenders.
• Maintaining accurate records of all activity on each account.
• Working to deadlines for submission of paperwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player
• Focussed and goal-oriented

This role is 5 days a week in the office.
