Overview & Opportunity:
We are seeking a Banking Solicitor to join this Legal 500 Law Firm.
Job Description:
You will be working closely with a partner in the firm's Banking & Finance Team. In this position, you will have a clear and reachable path for career progression throughout the firm.
You will be working with a small, supportive team.
Role Responsibilities:
- Advising banks, financial institutions, and corporate clients on lending, borrowing, and regulatory matters.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating loan agreements, security documents, and facility agreements.
- Ensuring compliance with UK financial regulations, FCA rules, and international banking standards.
- Supporting clients in debt restructuring, insolvency, and enforcement of security.
- Advising on corporate finance, project finance, and acquisition finance transactions.
- Managing legal risks and providing strategic guidance in banking disputes and litigation.
Candidate Requirements:
- NQ+
- Experience in banking law
