An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a senior Commercial Litigation Partner to lead a dynamic and expanding Dispute Resolution team in a national, top-tier law firm. The disputes team handles a broad spectrum of matters, including commercial and corporate litigation, shareholder and contractual disputes, debt recovery, and defamation.


This is a strategic, leadership-level appointment offering the chance to shape the direction of the department in a key regional market. The successful candidate will manage complex and high-value cases, mentor junior team members, and play a pivotal role in business development and client relationship management.
