3D CAD Designer – Wearable Device Projects - Health and Beauty

Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in office: Tue-Wed-Thurs, negotiable)

Start Date: 1st October 2025

Contract Type: Monthly rolling, with one week's notice period

Rate: Competitive, based on experience

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated 3D CAD Contractor to support our clients exciting skincare product development projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to innovative, design-led work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and develop high-quality 3D CAD models using SolidWorks or Creo
• Support the design and development of consumable goods, LED devices, and wearable technology
• Collaborate closely with industrial designers and engineers to bring products from concept through to manufacture
• Ensure designs meet performance, aesthetic, and manufacturing requirements

Requirements:

• Proven proficiency in SolidWorks or Creo (essential)
• Self-driven and able to manage time effectively with minimal supervision
• Experience designing consumer products, particularly:
• Skincare devices
• LED-based technology
• Wearable tech (highly desirable)
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with 3 in-office days per week at our Battersea Power Station studio (some flexibility possible for the right candidate)

Contract Details:

• Start date: 1st October 2025
• Contract basis: Calendar month, with one week notice period
• Extension: Potential to extend on a month-by-month basis
