Job Title: TA Administrator (Contract – Immediate Start)
Location: Reading, UK (3 days per week on-site, hybrid flexibility)
Contract Length: Until Christmas (potential to extend)
Rate: £13+ per hour
We’re looking for two detail-oriented TA Administrators to support an ongoing HR project. This is an excellent short-term opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting with data migration and updates into Workday
- Ensuring employee records are accurate and up to date (e.g. ID information)
- Supporting HR/TA teams with administrative tasks
- Working to deadlines and maintaining accuracy under pressure
What we’re looking for:
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable with data entry and working with systems
- Prior internship or exposure in HR/TA administration is a plus (but not essential)
- Reliable and proactive – someone who can commit through to Christmas
