Intern - National Account Executive in Hamilton, South Lanarkshire

Key Objectives of the Role Responsible for assisting the Business manager in all sales objectives on the account. Develop relationship with key trading and supply chain personnel, so that they view FFG as a key category partner To support the account manager in trade presentations To focus on achieving clearly defined budget targets that enable FFG to deliver agreed growth targets.

What are you going to do:

Manage key internal and external sales reporting systems.

  • Gain a strong understanding of external and internal sales reporting systems in order to generate weekly sales report and determine key sales, distribution and waste trends affecting the product portfolio on the account.
  • Help business manager prepare monthly forecast and hit pre-agreed accuracy targets

    Scope of the Role

    • To play a key support role on the management of the account
    • To deliver right first admin internally and externally becoming an expert at all admin duties in relation to the account
    • Delivery an agreed promotional plan, managing all internal admin in relation to this.
    • Attend key customer meetings to drive growth within the account.

    Accountabilities

    • Delivery weekly Retail sales report and promotional plans
    • Build strong relationship with supply chain team to maximize Service level performance.
    • Manage internal relationships with Production, NPD and planning to deliver successful product launches.
    • Drive weekly Internal NPD updates to manage launch critical paths.
    • Weekly Price checks
    • Weekly promotional checks
    • Weekly Store audits.
