**Your Key Responsibilities**

* Diagnose faults, test, back-engineer, and repair electronic equipment down to board level.
* Read, interpret, and create schematic diagrams and standard operating procedures.
* Use hand and power tools confidently and safely during mechanical and electrical tasks.
* Help design, test, and modify electronic systems and components, including bespoke test equipment.
* Observe and improve existing workflows and processes.
* Ensure all work meets the highest safety and quality standards.
* Write detailed technical reports, specifications, and documentation.
* Collaborate with staff, customers, and suppliers to deliver exceptional service.
* Represent the company at industry events and present when required.

**What We’re Looking For**

* HND or higher in Electronics (Degree preferred).
* Strong working knowledge of schematic diagrams and PCB-level repairs.
* Ability to reverse-engineer components or systems without available schematics.
* High attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity.
* Solid understanding of mathematical and mechanical concepts.
* A genuine interest in technology and continuous learning.
* Proactive team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
* Software and programming knowledge is a plus.
