TDA Telecoms is looking for an Project Estimator in London Area

Job description

Estimator

£55,000 – £75,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Central London



We are currently looking for a skilled Estimator to join our client's busy Project Division within a leading Building Services company based in Central London.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3–5 years' experience as an estimator within the building services or M&E sector
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Proven experience preparing and submitting accurate project tenders and cost plans
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office
  • Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail


Preferred Qualifications:

  • HNC/HND or degree in Building Services, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
  • Experience working across commercial, residential, and public sector projects
