We’re expanding our national network of rent review specialists.
Whozoo is seeking independent RICS surveyors or small firms who can handle commercial rent reviews efficiently, affordably, and with excellent communication.
Our focus is the low-to-mid–end of the market — small business premises, local shops, light industrial units, and mixed-use assets — where landlords and tenants need clear, pragmatic advice without the big-firm price tag.
We’ll be referring qualified rent review leads directly to you. In return, we’re looking for like-minded partners who:
- Are RICS-qualified and experienced in rent reviews
- Offer good value and professional service
- Want to build long-term relationships and grow with us
