Procurement Growth & Strategy Lead
Are you a procurement professional with a strong commercial instinct? Someone who loves the thrill of building client relationships as much as delivering transformation?

- Be a trusted advisor - influence senior stakeholders, define client needs, and translate commercial insight into actionable results.
- Contribute to internal growth - enhance delivery methods, coach junior team members, and help professionalise the firm’s commercial operations.
Key Skills & Experience:
- A strong track record of business development and client acquisition in a consulting or advisory setting (procurement, commercial, or transformation).
- Deep understanding of procurement strategy, category management, or value delivery.
- Confident and articulate communicator - able to engage C-suite stakeholders and convert relationships into commercial outcomes.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, self-motivated, and thrives in a growing, fast-paced consultancy.

What’s in It for You?
- A unique opportunity to shape the growth of a boutique consultancy with direct influence on client strategy and revenue.
- Bonuses based on client work won which could be very lucrative.
- Blend of sales autonomy and delivery accountability - ideal for a commercially driven procurement professional.
