Role Description

This is a contract role for a Business Development Manager predominantly within the complex care side of our care business. The role is hybrid/remote, initially working out of our services in Fleet Hargate and Long Sutton, Spalding and growing out from there.

Responsibilities include identifying and securing new business opportunities & winning clinical residential & community care packages. Building relationships with stakeholders in the sector, presenting service offerings, and negotiating contracts. The BDM will also oversee client accounts, ensure service standards are met, and contribute to growth strategies for the organization. Salary plus commission

Qualifications/Skills/Experience

• Demonstrated track record in Care related Business Development, Client Relationship Management, Negotiation & securing care packages.
• Experience with Healthcare Operations, Stakeholder Engagement, and Contract Management
• Knowledge of Complex Care Services, Market Analysis, and Strategic Planning
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work independently, meet targets, and adapt to hybrid work settings
• Relevant degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Proven network of ICBs & LAs contacts & relationships.
