Graduate Scheme – Digital Business Consultant in Nottingham
Start your consulting career with Columbus on their 2026 Graduate Scheme. What are you going to do:
As an Associate Business Consultant, you’ll be trained to become a trusted advisor to clients across multiple industries. During the programme, you’ll learn how businesses operate, how ERP systems improve performance, and how to manage change through technology.
You’ll begin with a structured six-month training programme in Nottingham, combining classroom learning, live projects, and consultancy skills training alongside graduates from across Europe. After training, you can be based anywhere in the UK and continue developing through real client work.
Your day-to-day will include:

Supporting ERP implementations using Microsoft Dynamics 365

Working with clients to improve business processes

Analysing requirements and delivering technical solutions

Collaborating within project teams across the UK and Europe

Building strong client relationships and communication skills
What we offer

What we ask
- At least finished university degree
- A minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in one of: Finance, Accounting, Business, IT, Psychology, Engineering, Manufacturing or Law
- Willingness to be Nottingham-based for the first 6 months
- Right to work in the UK
- Willingness to travel within the UK and abroad
- Ability to drive and access to a vehicle
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A commercial mindset and interest in technology
