What are you going to do:
urgently recruiting University of Manchester students on behalf of Aon Data for a specialised AI project.
The Role: Audio Data Contributor We are looking for students to help train next-generation Electric Vehicle (EV) voice recognition systems. Your task is simple: record a series of natural, unscripted conversations with a partner (friend or family member) to help the AI understand authentic British speech patterns.
What You Will Do:

Task: Complete 5-7 short conversations (approx. 20 mins each) on everyday topics like travel, food, and uni life.

Format: Recorded remotely via our secure app (FunCrowd).

Time Commitment: Approximately 3 hours total (flexible timing—do it from your halls or home).
Compensation (Paid in USD):

Individual: $50 USD (approx. £40)

Pair (Recommended): $105 USD (approx. £84) if you participate with a partner.
Technical Requirements:

Accent Profile: To ensure dataset accuracy, speakers must have a native-level British accent typical of someone raised in the UK. This is a strict technical requirement for the AI model.
