Job description

Job Title: Loyalty Specialist (German Market) @ Global Retail Brand

Location: Central London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000


This is an exciting opportunity to join a globally recognised retail brand as they continue to elevate and localise their European loyalty programme. You’ll take full ownership of loyalty activity across Germany and the Benelux region - ensuring customers receive best-in-class experiences across online, retail, app, and wholesale channels.


MUST be fluent in German.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the loyalty programme for Germany & Benelux
  • Adapt and localise global loyalty strategy to suit regional needs
  • Drive member acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention
  • Ensure loyalty communications and activations work seamlessly across all touchpoints (Retail, Ecommerce, App, Wholesale)
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, retail, CRM, ecommerce, and franchise teams across Europe
  • Analyse customer and loyalty data to inform strategy and prioritisation
  • Present insights, performance results, and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Travel occasionally to Germany or Belgium to support market needs


Skills & Experience Required

  • Fluent or native German speaker
  • Proven experience in loyalty marketing or membership programmes
  • Strong analytical and data-driven approach
  • Excellent stakeholder management across multiple markets
