Sector coverage centres on Autos (and related after-sales), Capital Goods, Building Materials and Packaging, amongst other key verticals.
Key duties
- Key involvement in the origination and execution of Corporate Finance transactions across all subsectors
- Leading in the preparation of presentations for clients, investors and the broader investment community
- Playing an active role in the execution of mandates, taking increasing responsibilities on key workstreams and deliverables
- Commercially aware and able to acts as client interface at senior level
- Excellent communication skills; impactful, and able to articulate complex issues in written and oral communication
Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications
- M&A experience accrued within a top investment bank or boutique, potentially from a sector team, specialist M&A group or country team
- Sector experience across Industrials is advantageous
- Detailed knowledge of valuation techniques, due diligence, documentation, and in executing debt, equity and M&A transactions
