Our client, a prestigious US law firm with a top-tier reputation in strategic M&A, is seeking high-calibre Corporate Associates (2–6PQE) to join its dynamic London team.


This is a rare opportunity to work on complex, cross-border transactions for some of the world’s most innovative businesses.

The Role


You will gain exposure to a diverse range of transactions, including:

  • Private M&A (majority of work)
  • Public M&A (growing share)
  • Private equity (minorities, joint ventures, complex equity structures)
  • Strategic corporate venture for blue-chip clients
  • Growth equity and VC crossover transactions
  • Corporate reorganisations


The work is highly cross-border, with UK-only deals being rare. You will collaborate with colleagues across the US, Europe, and Asia on globally significant mandates.


What They’re Looking For


  • 2–6PQE, qualified in England & Wales
  • Strong corporate training and demonstrable deal ownership
  • Excellent drafting skills and technical fundamentals
  • Intellectual agility and ability to learn quickly
  • Interest in mixed strategic M&A (private, public, corporate venture)


Desired but not essential:


  • Public M&A experience
  • Minority/JV structuring exposure
  • Corporate venture or growth equity experience
