Our client, a prestigious US law firm with a top-tier reputation in strategic M&A, is seeking high-calibre Corporate Associates (2–6PQE) to join its dynamic London team.
This is a rare opportunity to work on complex, cross-border transactions for some of the world’s most innovative businesses.

The Role
You will gain exposure to a diverse range of transactions, including:
- Private M&A (majority of work)
- Public M&A (growing share)
- Private equity (minorities, joint ventures, complex equity structures)
- Strategic corporate venture for blue-chip clients
- Growth equity and VC crossover transactions
- Corporate reorganisations
The work is highly cross-border, with UK-only deals being rare. You will collaborate with colleagues across the US, Europe, and Asia on globally significant mandates.
What They’re Looking For
- 2–6PQE, qualified in England & Wales
- Strong corporate training and demonstrable deal ownership
- Excellent drafting skills and technical fundamentals
- Intellectual agility and ability to learn quickly
- Interest in mixed strategic M&A (private, public, corporate venture)
Desired but not essential:
- Public M&A experience
- Minority/JV structuring exposure
- Corporate venture or growth equity experience
