What are you going to do:

Atlas Capital Group is a modern investment and acquisitions firm focused on partnering with high-potential founders and scaling profitable businesses through strategic growth, operational excellence, and data-driven deal sourcing.

We are looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial Deal Origination Intern to support our acquisitions team. This role is perfect for someone who wants hands-on experience in sourcing opportunities, speaking with founders, analysing markets, and contributing directly to live deal flow.

As a Deal Origination Intern, you will play a key role in identifying potential acquisition targets, researching industries, qualifying leads, and initiating first contact with business owners. You’ll work closely with the founding team, gaining real exposure to outreach strategies, financial analysis, and the full sourcing pipeline.

This is a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you will learn how modern investment firms operate from the inside out. If you’re proactive, curious, and excited by startups, private equity, and business growth, this role will give you the experience and mentorship to accelerate your career.
