Visibility & Engagement Coordinator (Remote) in Manchester
Join Beetroot Consulting as a Visibility & Engagement Coordinator. You’ll shape how our work shows up online through social media, light video editing, content planning and community care, supporting a calm, consistent and values-aligned digital presence.
What are you going to do:
In this role, you’ll be the steady hand behind Beetroot’s online presence. You’ll turn everyday moments across the team - research, events, behind-the-scenes work - into engaging, thoughtful content. You’ll schedule posts, look after comments and DMs, and make sure everything feels warm, human and aligned with our care-first values. You’ll also support small campaigns, keep content organised, and help build a sustainable rhythm for how the organisation shows up publicly.
You will:

Edit and repurpose short-form video for social media (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).

Create simple visual assets in Canva (quote graphics, stat tiles, CTAs).

Write and polish captions that are clear, accessible, and values-aligned.

Schedule and publish content on LinkedIn and Instagram.

Maintain the content calendar and digital asset library.

Offer light-touch care for comments and DMs, escalating sensitive issues.

Track engagement metrics and summarise weekly performance.

Coordinate with freelancers, designers, and event teams when needed.

Provide cover for colleagues and support visibility during events and conferences.

- Fixed-term employed role (Jan 2025 – March 2026)

What we ask
- No minimum education required
- Experience with short-form video editing (Reels / TikTok / clips)
- Confidence using Canva for visual content
- Organisational strength and comfort managing content calendars
- Strong written communication and accessibility awareness
- Interest in care-led leadership, equity-focused work, and feminist values
- Willingness to work collaboratively and independently
