Client Reporting Associate

Edinburgh

6 Month Initial Contract

Responsibilities:

Deliver an outstanding client experience through the delivery of complex client reporting at monthly and quarterly cycles
Deliver and operate oversight processes owned within the team to monitor ongoing report implementation and completion
Proactively identify opportunities for improvement with the reporting process and deliver process improvements on a quarterly basis
Validation and implementation of output to process requirements into the live business environment
Work closely with Report Onboarding teams to coordinate accurate and timely delivery of industry standard reporting
Capture client feedback to analyse, design and test client reporting enhancements both in the tool and in report content through application of tactical technology skillsets

Background:

Hands-on automation experience with tools such as SQL, Python, VBA, would be beneficial
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, in particular complex formulae and visualisation
Experience interacting with product stakeholders and requirement capturing
Delivery driven individual with problem-solving skills, analytical mindset and attention to detail
Exhibits strong planning, organisational and interpersonal skills
Ability to clearly communicate objectives and articulate the rationale behind those goals
Self-motivated: able to show initiative and come up with ideas without prompting
Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
Technical aptitude, and qualifications such as the IMC would be helpful
