FIX Support Analyst – London - £80,000 - £100,000

A leading Equities Brokerage is seeking a Support Analyst to join their Global FIX Connectivity team, providing critical support across clients, vendors, brokers, and exchanges for Cash Equities, SWAP, and F&O desks.

This role is a technical position requiring someone with some strong FIX experience as well as being overall technically minded.

Responsibilities

• Manage FIX connectivity requests, client onboarding, and certifications
• Support trading operations across Asia, US, and Europe, including shift coverage
• Participate in change and incident management, supporting high-pressure trading floor operations

Requirements

• 5+ years experience with FIX technology.
• Knowledge of cash equities, DMA/DSA, SWAP, futures/options, and Algo trading
• Familiarity with order management systems.
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL and Unix; shell scripting a plus
• Strong communication skills, self-starter, ability to work independently
