Reviews Team Leader in London Area

Job description

I am working with a client in London who is looking for an individual to lead their reviews team!

This is a rewarding opportunity where you'll make a positive impact on vulnerable individuals. The role will involve working closely with reviews officers, managing individual housing cases, and ensuring decisions are accurate and in line with policy.

To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of the Housing Act 1996 and the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017, alongside a customer-focused approach. Familiarity with landlord and tenant policies, as well as the reviews process, is key.
