A fantastic opportunity at an international professional services firm for an experienced HR Advisor to join their Business Partnering team. This role is key to delivering high-quality HR support across the business and ensuring a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities will include

• Provide advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including performance, absence, grievance, and disciplinary cases.
• Support managers with HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Partner with business leaders to deliver tailored HR solutions.
• Assist with core HR activities such as salary reviews, engagement surveys, and talent development.
• Contribute to projects that drive continuous improvement and enhance employee experience.

You will have gained the following key skills

• Strong understanding of HR processes and UK employment law.
• Proven experience managing ER cases confidently and professionally.
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
