Our client, a globally renowned Tier One hedge fund, is seeking an experienced Regulatory Reporting Specialist to join their high-performing team. The successful candidate will be part of a dedicated team responsible for supporting the firm’s regulatory reporting obligations. This position requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver accurate reporting across short selling, shareholding, and Takeover Panel disclosures
• Partner with Legal & Compliance to interpret regulatory changes and implement new requirements
• Draft requirements for regulatory change and new business initiatives
• Continuously assess reporting risk and enhance controls
• Develop and maintain processes, procedures, and MI reporting
• Stay current with evolving regulatory landscapes to ensure full compliance

Candidate Profile:

• Subject matter expertise in short selling, shareholder, and Takeover Panel reporting regimes
• Strong understanding of regulatory obligations and their operational impact
• Solid knowledge of financial instruments across equities, fixed income, and commodities
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and project management experience
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the business
