As a Lettings Valuer, you will play a key role in driving new business, building strong relationships with landlords, and delivering top-tier valuation services. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in the Prime London market, where exceptional customer service and market knowledge are essential.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Conduct accurate property valuations to secure new instructions

✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and investors

✅ Provide expert advice on rental yields, market trends, and pricing strategies

✅ Work towards and exceed KPIs and revenue targets

✅ Collaborate with the lettings team to ensure smooth tenancy processes

What Our Client Is Looking For

✔ Proven experience as a Lettings Valuer or Senior Lettings Negotiator

✔ Strong knowledge of the Prime Central London rental market

✔ A driven and target-oriented individual with a passion for property

✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills

✔ A full UK driving license
