Watches & Jewellery Specialist – Luxury Maison

Salary up to £38,000 + Commission + Bonus

Location: Luxury department store

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert guidance and product knowledge in fine watches and high-end jewellery.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, storytelling and client-engagement skills.
• Build strong and lasting client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow-up and personalised service.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets while offering an elevated luxury experience.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise and passion for luxury watches and/or fine jewellery.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets within a premium or luxury environment.
• Excellent clienteling capabilities with exposure to high-net-worth clientele.
• Outstanding communication, presentation and styling skills with a deep understanding of luxury service standards.
