Product Administrator

£25,000 - £28,000 | Longfield, Kent | Permanent

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Product Administrator to join a well-established organisation within the vehicle manufacturing and technology sector. This role would suit someone with a technical mindset, strong attention to detail, and a genuine interest in engineering or emerging automotive technologies. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing detailed documentation including component lists, product data and user guides.
• Gathering and organising technical specifications for a wide range of products.
• Creating and updating 2D and 3D drawings in line with internal standards.
• Supporting the engineering change process, including document updates and version control.
• Assisting colleagues with technical queries and documentation requests.
• Maintaining accurate product information within internal databases.
• Liaising with suppliers when technical information or clarification is required.
• Working closely with development teams to produce high-quality support material.
• Participating in project meetings and wider engineering activities where required.

Person Specification

• Qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related discipline (electrical/electronic bias desirable).
• Experience in a technical, engineering or manufacturing environment is beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident using Microsoft 365 and standard office software.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
