About Us

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations and Production Planning Coordinator to join our GB&I refurbishment centre team. This role would involve ensuring a smooth operational flow, accurate production scheduling and timely delivery of refurbished products.

Reporting into the Senior Supervisor of the refurbishment operation, you will act as the link between operations, engineering, and supply chain teams, driving efficiency and maintaining high standards of quality and performance.

About The Role

  • Scheduling and planning of production activities for the GB&I refurbishment operation.
  • Monitor operation output against plans and adjust schedules to optimise throughout and minimise downtime.
  • Coordinate material availability and manage inventory levels to support production requirements.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for production efficiency and output.
  • Prepare regular reports on capacity, utilization, and delivery performance for management review
  • Respond promptly and accurately to internal queries related to manufacturing and logistics.
  • Liaise with carriers to book collections and deliveries for both incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Update internal systems with production and logistics information.
  • Support implementation of lean principles and best practices within the refurbishment centre.
  • Raise Purchase Orders (POs) for equipment, consumables and services.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards throughout operations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for audits and internal reviews.
  • Work closely with colleagues in the Operations departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and excellent customer satisfaction.


About you

  • Experience in production planning, operations coordination, or supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with SAP is preferred but not mandatory
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
