Onboarding Coordinator – EMEA

Belfast (Hybrid) | Approx. £25,400 PAYE


This role sits within the client's Staffing Office division.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, procurement, HR, and other stakeholders to support the onboarding of temporary staff.
  • Perform onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding tasks within the Non-Employee Management System (NEMS).
  • Maintain accurate system data throughout the non-employee lifecycle.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on non-employee management for the business area.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and documented procedures for non-employee governance.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client queries, escalating issues when needed.
  • Manage a high volume of queries to resolution across business units in the EMEA region.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts, automation initiatives, and operational excellence.


Essential Experience & Knowledge:

  • Minimum 2 years in an administrative or business office environment, with experience using internal systems.
  • Minimum 1 year of relationship management experience, demonstrating strong customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with the staffing industry or vendor management systems.
  • Proficient in MS Excel for data presentation and reporting.


Preferred Experience:

  • Background in financial services, onboarding, staffing, or vendor management.
  • Understanding of and ability to apply corporate policies.
  • Experience with end-to-end sourcing tools, including implementation and change management.


Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong computer literacy and adaptability to new systems.
  • Quick to learn and master new processes.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
