Customer Service Advisor - Night Shifts
Location: Warrington - fully office based
Salary: £26,672 + increased pay for night shift
Hours: Night Shift, weekend work included - full time

Your Role
As a Customer Service Advisor - Night Shifts, you'll play a key role in supporting customers across multiple platforms. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound customer queries via phone, email, and live chat with warmth and professionalism.
- Providing accurate account support and maintaining precise records.
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex queries efficiently.
