BDR TEAM LEADER

Business Development Representative Team Leader

Salary: up to £45,000 + Uncapped Commission

Location: Hybrid (Home & Regional Office - Birmingham)

What you’ll do:

• Lead and develop a team of Junior Business Development Representative & Sales Development Executives.
• Manage and grow revenues from new and existing accounts.
• Upsell and cross-sell a broad portfolio of IT products and services.
• Build strong relationships with customers and vendor partners.
• Ensure accurate CRM data and support account managers.
• Drive incremental sales and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Proven sales experience in IT infrastructure and services.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
