Finance and Accounting Internship
We are looking for a energetic and independent finance and accounting intern, preferably with SAGE experience and strong Excel skills.

We are searching for an Accounting and Finance Intern - an energetic, highly organised individual. This is an outstanding opportunity to work with a very innovative online business that is continuously evolving.
You would be, depending on the tasks, directly working with the founders of the business. If it is your goal for the future to work in finance, accounting or controlling the learning experience we can offer will put you on that path. You also should be a fast learner and enjoy routine. We have the same mantra as Jeff Bezos, the Founder and CEO of Amazon.com: "You can work long, hard and smart, but at Amazon.com you can't choose two of three".
To join our company you should have a strong analytical capability and a great attention to detail. Accounting and/or finance should be part of your degree and if you are already familiar with concepts such as financial statements, bookkeeping and VAT it will be of advantage.
The finance team is responsible for all the day to day transactional accounting for the business, which includes the tracking of all transactions and the management of any government reporting (e.g. tax and VAT) across all the countries where we operate.

What we ask

- Must have an energetic hands on attitude and keen interest in working with an online start-up
- Burning desire to learn about accounting and finance
- Very capable to work independently and not afraid of taking responsibility
- Positive attitude and great energy
- Good communication skills, fluency in English (written and spoken). Additional languages are a plus.
- Great organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Internship minimum duration is 6 months
