Entry Level Management in Edinburgh

Peloton Partners is looking for an Entry Level Management in Edinburgh

Job description

Entry Level Management – Full Time | Edinburgh City Centre | Immediate Start Available

If you’re ready to turn potential into leadership, this is where your story begins.

Peloton Partners, based in Edinburgh City Centre, is offering a full-time Entry Level Management opportunity for ambitious individuals looking to grow into a leadership position within a professional and fast-moving environment.

Who We Are

We’re Peloton Partners — a Sales and Marketing company specialising in in-person campaigns for clients across multiple industries. We’re known for our ability to hire, train, and develop people internally, helping them grow all the way from entry level to senior management.

Our culture is collaborative, people-first, and built on growth. We believe in learning by doing, recognising effort, and promoting from within.

About the Role

This Entry Level Management position is designed to help you develop real-world leadership skills.

You will need to be comfortable with dealing with rejection and communication with customers and coaches daily.

You’ll start by learning the essentials — sales, managing small teams, understanding client needs, and leading face-to-face campaigns.

You’ll gain exposure to how business decisions are made, how teams are motivated, and how to deliver results in a professional setting. It’s a role for someone who wants to take ownership of their development and make measurable progress in their career.

Training & Development

We don’t expect you to arrive as a manager — we’ll train you to become one.

Through one-to-one mentoring and structured progression, you’ll build skills in leadership, communication, organisation, and strategy.

Within 12–24 months, high performers typically progress into team leadership and management roles.

Who Thrives Here

This Entry Level Management role suits individuals who are:

  • Naturally people-focused and confident communicators
  • Ambitious, adaptable, and driven by progress
  • Comfortable taking initiative and working toward goals
  • Looking for a career that offers continuous learning and advancement

You might be a recent graduate or someone from a customer-facing background ready to take the next step into leadership — what matters most is your mindset and motivation.

What You’ll Gain

  • Structured, ongoing training
  • Clear career progression
  • A supportive and dynamic team culture
  • Opportunities for travel and professional growth
  • Recognition for hard work and results
