Salary £47,632.19 dependant on experience

A Working Maintenance Supervisor is wanted on a permanent basis by a global client of ours who are at the forefront of their industry. The successful candidate will supervise Maintenance Technicians and Craftsperson’s to ensure maintenance is planned and executed in line with Company and Competent Authority policies, procedures, and guidance.

This is a permanent opportunity that includes a base salary of circa £47,632 plus benefits.

Overview of the Working Maintenance Supervisor role:

• Support the review of maintenance requirements and the progression of all defects on a daily basis.
• Provide on-site leadership to the maintenance team.
• Assist with the planning and execution of maintenance activities through to completion.
• Act as the maintenance focal point on-site.

Key skills and qualifications required for the Working Maintenance Supervisor role:

• Possess a relevant mechanical or electrical qualification with experience of working on Top Tier COMAH sites.
• The successful candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels both verbally and in writing and the ability to manage own workload with little support.
• Experience in managing staff (including contractors).
