Reward Specialist – 6-Month FTC
Location: West Midlands (Hybrid) - Coventry, Birmingham or Warwickshire
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 + Benefits

About the Opportunity
We are supporting a well-established, forward-thinking organisation in the West Midlands as they continue on a significant transformational journey. As part of this change, they are seeking a Reward Specialist to join the team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for a Reward professional who enjoys a blend of project-focused work and business-as-usual Reward activities, and who is comfortable operating in a dynamic and evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will support the delivery of Reward operations while contributing to a range of strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include:
- Managing and supporting BAU Reward activities, including benchmarking, job evaluation, and pay and benefits administration
- Providing Reward insights through data analysis, reporting, and market research
- Supporting a variety of Reward-related projects aligned with the organisation’s transformation agenda
- Assisting in the development and refinement of Reward frameworks, policies, and processes
- Collaborating with HR colleagues and business leaders to ensure consistent and effective Reward practices
About You
The successful candidate will bring:
- Experience in Reward, Compensation & Benefits, or a related HR discipline
- Strong analytical capability and confidence working with data
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, detail-focused approach with the ability to work effectively in a changing environment
- The flexibility to support both operational tasks and project-led work
