What you’ll be doing:

✨ Managing a fast-paced sales environment with consistent weekly sales

✨ Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the full buying journey

✨ Showcasing high-spec homes and guiding customers through options, extras, and upgrades

✨ Working closely with site teams, solicitors, and mortgage advisors to ensure smooth completions

✨ Driving sales performance and maximising revenue opportunities

✔ Strong rapport-building and communication skills

✔ Proven experience in new homes or a similar sales environment

What’s on offer:
