Job description
We're currently recruiting a dedicated Assistant Facilities Manager to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in 14Forty on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.
As a Assistant Facilities Manager, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. In return, you will have the chance to progress your career with a company that invests in its people, celebrates individuality, and rewards and recognises employees who go beyond the plate.
This role is mobile and comes with Company Car.
Full clean driving license is required.
SIA door supervisor license is an advantage

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading from the front, ensuring the safe and smooth running of daily operations.
- Building strong relationships with site teams and stakeholders, you’ll be the go-to point of contact.
- Driving standards overseeing compliance, audits, payroll, and recruitment across multiple sites.
- Championing best practice, making sure we always deliver excellence and continuous improvement.
- Managing resources, from uniforms to consumables, you’ll keep everything running like clockwork.
- Regular travel to sites adding variety to your week with hands-on involvement.
- Experienced in supervising or coordinating within soft services (cleaning experience is essential).
- Skilled at managing teams and motivating people to deliver their best.
- Confident, organised, and detail-focused – you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
- Strong communicator with a passion for customer care.
- Flexible and mobile – a full UK driving licence is a must.
