This role is based in our Leicetser office in England , providing strategic leadership and proactive ownership of all partner marketing initiatives. Role Overview:

Support Clearer.io’s new and expansion revenue efforts through best-in-class implementation of our suite of apps. The Implementation Specialist is a customer-facing partner to Sales and Customer Success, ensuring assigned accounts are fully set up from trial start with all key features and integrations activated. By owning this process end-to-end, the role creates the foundation for Sales and CS to drive new and expansion revenue.

What you'll do:

• Serve as the primary customer-facing implementation lead from trial start until go-live.
• Own technical setup, feature activation, integrations, and configuration to ensure merchants are fully live.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to maintain context and relationship continuity throughout the trial.
• Hand over to CSM once implementation is complete.
• Follow the rules of engagement to know whether Sales or CS is responsible for expansion at each stage.
• Execute implementation plays designed to accelerate revenue to position the account for expansion (while not selling directly).
