Content & SEO Specialist - UK

XTB is an international brokerage company that is rapidly growing and expanding its presence in branches across Europe and worldwide. As a Content & SEO Specialist for the UK branch of XTB, you will be responsible for managing content and SEO activities in collaboration with both local and global managers.

Your responsibilities will also include managing local SEO—writing and translating unique articles and distributing them to strengthen the company’s position in SEO rankings, building backlinks, and more.

We are looking for a team player who is creative, responsible, and proactive—someone who is always eager to push our brand forward. We also expect excellent writing skills.

Experience in content creation & optimization is crucial. Experience in financial markets, investments, or trading is an advantage, as well as strong communication skills, a pro-business mindset, the ability to work with data, and experience in B2C marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Creating engaging and high-quality educational content based on marketing and regulatory requirement.
• Optimizing and localizing English content for the UK market.
• Proofreading, editing, and optimizing website content (especially landing pages) for search engines.
• Conducting keyword research and implementing SEO strategies to improve visibility and traffic.
• Publishing and managing content on-site and off-site.
• Developing and executing link-building strategies, including competitor analysis and outreach for backlinks.
• Analyzing SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Semrush, and Ahrefs; identifying insights to boost results.
• Collaborating with local and international marketing teams (including legal, PR, and design).

Requirements:

• Experience creating SEO-friendly content, ideally in finance or investment topics
• Solid knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO, including site structure, link-building, and meta optimization
• Proficiency in keyword research and SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs,)
• Analytical mindset with ability to track, interpret, and act on key SEO metrics
• Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive working style
• Interest in financial markets and willingness to build subject-matter expertise
• Ability to clearly explain SEO concepts and collaborate across teams (marketing, content, developers)
• Team-oriented, communicative, and organized in cross-functional collaboration
• Data-driven approach with the ability to identify trends and adapt strategies
• Eagerness to stay up to date with SEO trends and continuously improve through new tools and best practices
