Product Owner – FX & Trading

Location: London (Hybrid 3 days a week)

This role offers the chance to lead the FX and trading platform for a fast-scaling fintech that facilitates institutional and corporate foreign exchange operations. You’ll drive development across spot, forward, and derivative products, collaborating with engineering and trading specialists.

Responsibilities

• Lead the FX/Trading product suite including spot, forward, derivative, and order management capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with trading, engineering, and risk teams to maintain trading accuracy and product reliability.
• Define, maintain, and prioritise the product backlog to ensure high-impact delivery.
• Represent the user perspective to improve trading interface performance and efficiency.
• Deliver new features and integrations across pricing engines, risk tools, and reporting frameworks.
• Own metrics for execution speed, error rate reduction, and client satisfaction.

Ideal Profile

• 3–5 years of Product Owner or Product Manager experience within FX, trading, or treasury-related domains.
• Understanding of market execution, liquidity management, and trade lifecycle.
• Structured communicator skilled at simplifying complex data-driven processes.
• Analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable navigating regulatory and technical settings.
