Role Description

Job Title: Operations Specialist

Location: Nottingham-NG1 - Hybrid working 3 days work from the office and 2 days remote working

Immediate start

Employment type- Fixed term contract for 12 months with possible extensions

Candidates with full right to work authorisations in the UK will only be considered

About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on maintaining consumer and commercial data integrity using client systems and supporting operational tasks to ensure smooth business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update consumer and commercial data within client systems accurately.
  • Manage and execute key client and supplier Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across multiple workstreams.
  • Respond to operational queries from internal teams, clients, and suppliers promptly and effectively.
  • Manage workloads to consistently meet SLAs and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Provide operational guidance and support to wider teams to resolve queries quickly.
  • Oversee client mailboxes and handle telephone communications in accordance with SLAs.
  • Ensure strict adherence to client policies and procedures.

  • Problem Solving: Deliver timely, well-informed solutions based on gathered information.

Desired Experience

  • Experience with personal debt and/or personal insolvency processes.
  • Familiarity with Platforms as a Service (PaaS), collections process automation, or business analytics technologies.
  • Exposure to sectors such as Financial Services, Utilities, Telecoms, Central and Local Government, or Debt Collection Agencies.
