About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Management Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting and supporting strategic decision-making. The role offers a hybrid working model, combining office presence in Stevenage with remote flexibility.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Provide financial insights to support business performance and decision-making.
• Maintain and improve financial controls and processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Support year-end and audit processes.

Requirements

• Part-qualified or fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of management accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
