Transport Coordinator

Job description

NXA Talent are delighted to be partnered with a national haulier to find a transport coordinator to support them in their high volume Bellshill operation

Key Responsibilities

• Process transport bookings and collaborate with planning and operations teams
• Work closely with the operations team regarding transport movements.
• Assist with invoicing tasks and general administrative duties.
• Support in responding to customer enquiries where necessary
• Support the transport operation with legal requirements including compliance needs
• Manage driver communications and help ensure the driver population are effectively supported

What We're Looking for

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• A proactive, enthusiastic attitude with an ability to positively engage people
• Confident written and verbal communication skills.
• A track record of having worked within a transport or general haulage operation is strongly preferred
