The Chancery Rosewood, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It includes 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, alongside a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

As a Server at Eagle Bar, you will embody the art of relationship hospitality, delivering stylish, attentive, and memorable service. You will guide guests through our curated menus and beverage lists with confidence, anticipate needs with intuition, and ensure each moment reflects the creativity and elevated standards that define The Chancery Rosewood.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering personalised, attentive service to every guest.

• Showcasing knowledge of food, beverage, and cocktail menus to confidently recommend and upsell.

• Maintaining impeccable presentation and Forbes/LQA standards throughout service.

• Working closely with bartenders and floor managers to create a seamless guest journey.

• Handling guest feedback with professionalism, ensuring each visit exceeds expectations.

About You

• Previous experience as a server in a luxury bar, restaurant, or nightlife venue.

• Warm, engaging, and confident in guest interactions.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• A collaborative team player with a genuine passion for hospitality.

• Professional, polished, and proactive in anticipating guest needs.
